Nicola De Main is a fashion lecturer at The University of Hertfordshire and a former fashion designer with her own label, best known for its vibrant and playful print designs.
Nicola took her first job with internationally acclaimed conceptualist, Hussein Chalayan. Since then she has gone on to win Fashion Futures Designer of the Year 2004 for her womenswear brand and has exhibited her work in New York alongside Martin Margiela and Yohji Yamamoto, and at international fashion weeks including London, Berlin and Beijing.
Nicola’s brand’s cute and quirky style has a cult celebrity following and she has made bespoke outfits for celebrities including Leona Lewis and Emilie Sande.
