Back in 2007 we did a lovely interview with one of our favourite artists, David Shrigley. He even did a special original self-portrait just for us....

Some of the tricks are rather silly, most of them are unfathomable, and everything is entertaining. Traditional elements and a few magical staples pop up from time to time such as cut-and-restored rope and the cheeky planting of a predicted playing card but Firman keeps his offerings feeling fresh and modern enough to keep it from feeling too old-school.
