The internet’s favourite smut pedlar Pornhub has launched a video game-style fitness programme based around sex.

The brilliantly titled, Bang Fit is a sort of like Guitar Hero or SingStar – except with added adult fun.

You and your partner (or partners - this caters for everyone) have to mimick the movements shown on screen at the bang.fit website, to bang yourself to fitness.

You strap your smartphone to your body and, hey presto, you get a score for how accurately you recreated the sex routine.

Then, if you have absolutely no shame, you can share your results with your friends and family on social media.

Depending on you are, this probably sounds like either a new low for human progress – or literally the first fitness regime you can really get behind.
