Woman calls 911 to complain about bad police mugshot

When Tonya Fowler saw her mug shot in Bad and Busted, a local broadsheet featuring the latest mug shots from the area, she decided to take no prisoners when it came to getting it removed. Ms. Fowler, from Georgia, who was previously arrested for her threatening behaviour towards a stranger who refused to store her sleeping bags in her home, was disgusted by the unflattering image she viewed in the paper. To air her concerns to the police, Ms. Fowler decided to make use of the 911 service – a service which can only be used in cases of emergencies, injuries or violence. Instead of resolving her concerns, Ms. Fowler was again arrested, this time for unlawful use of the emergency services. Barrow County News reported that Ms. Fowler had another mug shot taken as part of the new case against her, but this time she wore make up and tidied her hair. It is unclear whether Ms. Fowler is now satisfied with her mug shot but certainly, this second run-in with the police has done nothing for her image.
