A man is suing BMW for allegedly giving him a two year erection.

Henry Wolf, from San Francisco, claims that the seat of his motorbike has left him with ‘emotional and mental anguish’ and that he has been suffering from a permanent erection since 2010.

He is hoping for $25,000 compensation.

Wolf is blaming the ridged seat of his 1993 Beemer bike, which he says has given him priapism – a persistent and lasting erection.

His lawyer says: "He is now unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish."

The problems started after a four-hour bike ride on 1st May 2010, according to Wolf.

He is suing BMW and bike manufacturer Corbin-Pacific for general negligence and liability, loss of earnings, medical expenses and ‘general damage’.
