Millennial travel brand Contiki has launched a plant-sitting service that aims to offer peace of mind to green-fingered millennial travellers, who may now leave their plants in safe hands while they travel.
One of a kind, the service aims to allow young plant parents to travel worry-free.

Aimed at 18 to 35-year-olds, the Contiki plant-sitting service is very simple. All users need to do is to check their plant babies into Contiki's Basement, based at Russell Square in London, and then they are free to embark on their adventure worry-free. The plants should be retrieved upon their return.
For pet lovers, there are already many services which will ensure their four-legged friends are lavished with love and affection during their departure. Contiki fills a gap in the market for millennials, following on from the recent trend which has seen young people rush to purchase as many obscure house plants as possible.
So, how does it work exactly?
Anyone aged between 18 and 35 years old and travelling on a Contiki trip longer for than ten days can use the plant-sitting service before the end of August 2019.

One Tree Planted, Contiki will plant a tree on behalf of each and every one of its travellers, helping to reforest barren and destroyed land in Northern California, Brazil and the Andes.
The brand has already helped to plant over 40,000 trees on behalf of its travellers.
This has formed part of one of their
#ContikiCares projects.
