Getting a part time job is tough. Then actually working the part time job is even tougher. The competition to get a job whilst studying is fierce, as a record number of students have started their university course this September.

Wouldn’t it be ideal, then, to be paid to travel the country whilst embarking on a number of fun adventures?

If you’re an aspiring explorer you have the chance to apply for Britain’s ultimate part-time job under the title of Chief Adventure Officer (CAO) - fairly cool.

The role of CAO will see one incredibly lucky travel-seeker to vlog their way around Great Britain on paid for trips to destinations of their choice. There’s even a salary of £10,000 for the privilege.

Applicants must have adventurous spirit, natural curiosity for visiting new places and a huge desire to share their travel experiences with the world.

Daniela Maki, Railcards Product Manager at National Rail, says: “Getting paid to travel is a lot of people’s dream job, and now we are making it a reality for one lucky person. We are looking for a real adventurer, someone who lives to explore new places and loves telling the world about their exciting travels."

She continues: “Our new CAO will get the chance to visit some really amazing locations and inspire us all by showing the exciting places Great Britain has on offer. So if your suitcase is always by the door, just in case, and you are looking for your next adventure this is the perfect new job for you.”

Getting lost in the Hampton Court Maze, surfing along the Jurassic Coast and trampolining in Snowdonia could soon well be your weekend job - and if treating yourself in the world-famous Choccywoccydoodah chocolate shop sounds like your kind of dream then it could soon well be your reality too.

To apply, aspiring adventurers aged between 16 and 25 or mature students simply need to send a video of a recent trip and provide a bit more information about themselves by Sunday 16th October on www.16-25railcard.co.uk/CAO

16-25 Railcard costs just £30 and saves 1/3 on rail fares throughout Great Britain for a whole year. To find out more visit: www.16-25railcard.co.uk
