3rd November – The Expanse

Kicking off November in style, this sci-fi hit is sure to get you racing to Waterstones to read its predecessor, James S.A. Corey's best-selling novel of the same name. Starring Thomas Jane as the rough detective and Steven Strait as the ship's unruly captain, get ready for a thrilling race across space.

4th November – The Crown

Netflix’s latest royal offering, The Crown has an all-star cast including Matt Smith and Claire Foy and takes us back to the start of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign. Expect the usual monarchy drama and lots of it!

4th November – World of Winx

The first season of this magical children’s show is coming to UK screens to charm us with the adventures of the Winx Club's spin-off characters. What more could we want?

11th November – All Hail King Julien: Season 4

Netflix’s own animated spin-off show from the popular Madagascar movies returns for its fourth season.

16th November – Shooter

Formerly known as Scrotal Recall, the second season of this popular rom-com show is back with all the old faces: Johnny Flynn, Antonia Thomas and Daniel Ings.

18th November – Beat Bugs: Season 2

Animated insects singing The Beatles - need I say any more? This one may be aimed for the kids but if the first season is anything to go by, it’ll be attracting a far wider audience in no time.

19th November – River

Far from just “another cop show”, River explores a troubled detective (Stellan Skarsgard) who is haunted by past mistakes. It’s not all doom and gloom, however, as the fun contrast between the veteran detective and his bubbly sidekick (Nicola Walker) ensure a touch of comedy that hits at just the right moments.

25th November – 3%

Netflix’s first show filmed in Brazil, this thriller explores the complicated world of privilege and those who seek it. But just how far will they go?

25th November – Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life

And now for the one you’ve all been waiting for… the beloved Gilmore Girls make their long-awaited return to our screens after the hit show ended in 2007. Get ready to journey back to Stars Hollow and revisit all the old faces (yes, all of them) and get the answers to all the big questions. Did Lorelai and Luke manage to finally make it stick?
