Love Island’s Jonny Mitchell has deleted all his social media accounts after he was booted from the villa last night following a dramatic twist.

In shocking scenes, which aired last night, Jonny and Tyla discovered they ranked in the bottom two of a public vote for people’s favourite islander.

The on-off couple were then forced to decide between themselves which one of them should leave the island and which one of them should stay.

Jonny insisted he was happy to go home - instead of Tyla - and he swiftly exited the villa.

Fans have since discovered links to his Instagram and Twitter accounts don’t work anymore, with it seeming he may have deleted them himself.

No official comment or explanation has been released by Jonny, however if you try and view his social media accounts you’re redirected to a page which suggests the accounts have been removed or don’t exist.

Jonny has faced significant criticism over his treatment of Tyla - which was deemed “possessive and controlling” by Women’s Aid CEO Polly Neate. He’s also faced a backlash from disgruntled fans over the way he ended things with fellow islander Camilla and for also cheating on his ex-fiancée prior to entering the villa.

Twitter has reacted to Jonny deleting his social media accounts with a mix of shock, confusion and humour...
