June is Pride - a month solely dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community - and streaming service Deezer has announced its new Pride Channel, filled with bespoke playlists and podcasts.

The channel boasts bespoke and curated playlists by artists such as Christine and the Queens, Courtney Barnett and Adam Lambert, filled to the brim with tracks that have personal meaning. Alongside the artists' playlists, there are featured albums from the likes of Madonna and Elton John, and party playlists bursting with the best pop hits.

We've had a root through Deezer's Pride Channel and here are our top picks.

Lipsync Rendezvous

Best for: The biggest, glittering disco ball of a party you can throw in your tiny flat

The Lipsync Rendezvous playlist is a godsend for karaoke lovers, Ru Paul followers and shower divas alike. Packed to the rafters with iconic singalongs from Marina, Cher, Spice Girls, Carly Rae Jepson and Aretha Franklin, I challenge you not to at least hum a tune or two while this is ticking along in the background.

One Love

Best for: Soundtracking an afternoon in the garden

For those who take things a little slower, the One Love playlist ticks all the right boxes. From Boozoo Bajou's tropical rhythms to Marley's irreplaceable charm, this is three and a half hours of pure reggae and dub dreams. Cultura Profética's 'La complicidad' is a particularly welcomed addition to the 50-track list, adding a little Latin flavour to the mix.

Courtney Barnett's Everybody here loves you

Best for: An evening in with your favourite someone

Any playlist that starts off with Lizzo's 'Cuz I Love You' is a winner in my eyes. Courtney Barnett's personally curated playlist celebrates equality in all shapes and forms, traversing the raw sexuality of Peaches, St. Vincent's elegant prose and Lou Reed's mesmeric piano chimes.

Thirst Aid Kit

Best for: Long commutes

Bim Adewunmi and Nichole Perkins explore the public ways women express their desire in this deliciously lustful podcast, Thirst Aid Kit. Each episode is an important discussion, especially in a time where we are all asking more questions about representation, Hollywood and equal opportunities.

All you need is love & movies

Best for: Film buffs looking to get their fix

Two and a half hours of the best music that soundtracks your favourite LGBT films. From Annie Lennox's sweet, sweet dreams to Depeche Mode's warbling electronics, there's a bit of something for every culture vulture in this mix. Bonus points if you can name all of the 14 films hiding behind the songs.
