Manchester’s huge pop festival will return to Heaton Park once again at the beginning of this summer for a weekend of music, comedy and fun.
stage, focused more towards hip-hop and rnb acts, will feature rap trio Migos, RnB songstress Solange and Birmingham native Stefflon Don.
If you are in the mood for something a little more relaxing, Christine and the Queens, soul singer Khalid and Loyle Carner are also set to perform at the event.
It also appears Parklife has not forgotten its dance roots. Disclosure, Major Lazer Soundsystem, Chase & Status and CamelPhat are all set to perform their DJ sets across the weekend for the more electronically-inclined audience.
The variety on show this year is impressive, with the festival priding itself on its multi-genre nature that includes rap, grime, pop, hip-hop and rock.
There will be eight stages of varying sizes on offer, ranging from the impressive central Parklife stage to the more intimate Palm House Venue and the smaller G Stage. There will also be funfair rides, art installations, entertainers and chill out zones across the park.
Parklife is a 17+ event and no one under the age of 17 will be admitted to the park. It's also important to note that 17-year-olds must also be accompanied by an adult in order to gain access to the park.
The festival will take place on the weekend of the 8th and 9th June and tickets are available here.
