Festival No 6 has announced electro-pop icons Pet Shop Boys as their third headliner, adding to their biggest bill to date.
They are joined by two great electronic additions in techno-legend Laurent Garnier and Norwegian disco king Todd Terje.
Pet Shop Boys join Beck and London Grammar in the headline slots, for the festival that takes place in the magical Portmeirion, Wales over the weekend of 5th to 7th September.
Also in this round of additions are Norman Jay, Jon Hopkins, The Undertones, Toy, Spector, Patrick Wolf, Tom Vek and Peter Hook & The Light.
This adds to a stellar bill that also includes Bonobo, Martha Reeves and Vandellas, Neneh Cherry with RocketNumberNine, Steve Mason and Temples.
Festival No.6 Director Bradley Thompson said, “We are hugely excited to have such a truly iconic act as the Pet Shop Boys playing No.6 this year. They’re one of Britain’s biggest ever bands, but remain a brilliant, groundbreaking live act, and their headline slot is going to be incredible. Together with other additions like Laurent Garnier and Todd Terje, this is without doubt our strongest line-up to date, and cements No.6’s position as the ultimate closing party to the festival season.”
