Indie pop outfit The Wombats have unveiled their latest single 'Your Body Is a Weapon'. The band took to Zane Lowe’s Radio One show last night to reveal the track, with a video quickly following online.
It is the first material we have heard from the Liverpool trio since their 2011 album ‘The Wombats Present…This Modern Glitch.’
Stylistically, 'Your Body Is A Weapon' follows in a similar vein to their previous release, with their electronically charged indie as catchy as it is melancholic.
The single is the first song to be taken from their upcoming album, which the band have spent the year recording in Los Angeles’ Barefoot Studios.
