After touring across Europe and putting in a long graft in the studio, East London trio Waylayers are back with their new five track EP titled Fault Lines. Made up vocalist and synth-man Harry Lee, bassist Dave Norman and guitarist Joe Andrew, you could say their atmospheric pop has come just in time for the summer. Their latest release, 'S.O.S' is the EP's opener and has all the soaring melodies you could want with a slight hint of Chris Martin-esque vocals. It's video was put together by director Alex Brown, who has worked in the past with The Maccabbees, James Blake and Cave Painting. Dubbed Steve Lamacq's Band of the Week on his BBC 6 Music show and with plays for consecutive weeks on Dermot O'Leary's BBC Radio2 show, the guys are really starting to make a name for themselves.
