Alt-J are a smart bunch just for their name alone.
If you're wondering what their unique name's all about, it's simply a Mac keyboard command for the 'delta' or 'triangle' sign.
TNS absolutely loves the band and, ever since we interviewed them back in February, they've gone a long way.
Their critically raved debut, 'An Awesome Wave' is currently free to stream right now and whilst we can go on about how sexual references within songs liken them to Kendal's Wild Beasts or how 'Dissolve Me' places them more on Foals' level, it's best you make your own mind up.
