Hot cross bun fans rejoice because M&S have priced ALL packets of buns down to £1.

With Easter drawing closer, supermarkets across the country have begun to stock these spiced treats once again and M&S is no exception.

However, what's surprising is that M&S has launched a nationwide store sale on all hot cross bun packets.

As of yesterday, all hot cross buns in M&S are priced at £1 (instead of the usual £1.50 to £2) - and this includes the delicious luxury range.

The hot cross bun discount is running until the 23rd February, so you don't have long.

While some of you may not be huge bun fans (can't think why) it's worth knowing that M&S sell 42million hot cross buns every year. Sales of them this year for M&S are already up past 160% on last year alone.

With impressive flavours that are a hit especially with those who have a sweet tooth, such as salted caramel and chocolate, Kentish Bramley apple, and blueberry, it's not hard to see why we're all running to M&S for our hot cross bun fix.

Elsewhere, Asda's own brand of hot cross buns are down to just 89p a pack, whilst Waitrose and Sainsbury's also have their packets priced down a pound.

The best flavoured hot cross bun from M&S? The salted caramel with Belgian chocolate chip ones, obviously.
