With over two million books sold in the UK, four million followers on social media and being named the 5th most influential fitness person worldwide, Joe Wicks has certainly made an impact since his first book, 'Lean in 15', was published in 2015. Despite his success, he is yet to break into the growing vegetarian-cooking market. But, this is all due to change with the release of his new book, ‘Veggie Lean in 15’.

Due to be released 13 December.The book contains 100 tasty vegetarian and vegan recipes including Avo & Berry Breakfast Pots, Lentil Bolognese, Chickpea, Tomato & Spinach Curry and Peri Peri Halloumi Burgers. Among the dishes are meals designed to be prepped in advanced and eaten later as well as longer recipes suitable for occasions and sharing. Fitness tips and HIIT exercises are also included in the book; from exploring Joe’s Instagram page, his passion for sharing workout advice is clear. Combined with the nutrition-packed recipes, the book should see you into 2019 with a healthier approach. Joe says, “From the outset, I want to be completely honest and open with you. I am not a vegetarian or a vegan…All I know is I’m enjoying veggie food more than ever, and I’m excited to share these new recipes and workouts with you. "I used to think veggie recipes were all boring salads and quinoa, but the more I experiment, the more I see how totally wrong that view is.
