The winter months are a great excuse to stuff yourself silly – and what better place to do so than in London? Here, we’ll share our top pick of restaurants, pubs, and bars for Christmas and the New Year, with prices suiting all types of budgets. Happy feasting!

Christmas

1. Savoy Grill

Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill offers lavish dining options throughout the winter season, including a 5-course Christmas Day lunch and dinner menu, featuring items such as honey-glazed goose and steamed Christmas pudding with vanilla custard and brandy butter. If you’re looking to impress, this is the place to go!

2. Dishoom

This one’s for those looking for a little something different. New Year’s Eve

1. Bar Boulud

To celebrate the New Year in style, check out Bar Boulud’s 3-course NYE dinner, featuring dishes such as seared lobster and black truffle linguini. After the meal, continue the celebrations with a dance in the Mandarin Oriental's ballroom, which will be transformed into a champagne and cocktail bar. Whilst you’ll burn a huge hole in your pocket, this will definitely be a night to remember! Don’t forget to pay a visit to the restaurant’s very extensive wine cellar.
