This is a lovely easy recipe for anyone who just wants something delicious but quick. Give it a shot!

Barking Baking Peach Pudding


  • Sliced tinned peaches in syrup
  • 3 tbs sugar 
  • 3 tbs self raising flour
  • 3 oz butter
  • 1 egg


1. Mix the egg, butter, flour and sugar together into a paste.

2. Pop a few of the sliced peaches in 4 ramekins and cover with the mixture. 

3. Cook until golden brown (about 10 mins at 200 degrees).
