Brunch bread with chilli beetroot, bacon and cheddar – we’re hungry already...
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes, plus 1-½ hours proving
Cooking time: 25 minutes
You’ll need:
250ml warm water
1 tsp dried yeast
1 tsp sugar
500g strong white bread flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp dried sage (optional)
