A live Web TV show at 1pm today will discuss the serious problem of bullying in the workplace, including what to do if you think you might be being targeted.
Recent research has revealed that a staggering amount of people have been bullied in the workplace, with even more admitting to witnessing others being bullied.
Joining us in this special live and interactive show is former Head of the Anti-Bullying Alliance Luke Roberts and employment lawyer Paula Chan, from Slater and Gordon. The experts will be discussing workplace bullying and the best way to handle it without jeopardising your career.
Luke and Paula will be covering an array of topics and giving advice on how to spot the warning signs of being bullied, being bullied by a colleague or by your boss or management, and whether speaking out can put your employment at risk.
They will discuss some of the most the most common forms of bullying such as rudeness, bitching/gossiping behavior, intimidation, humiliation in front of colleagues, shouting and other forms of bullying, including racial discrimination or unfair treatment.
