London based theatre company, WoLab, in partnership with The Bunker Theatre, is looking for female and nonbinary writers to enter their latest scratch night.

Titled, ‘Happy Ever After?’, the prompt asks writers to take a Disney princess and detail what happened to them, after they got their fairytale ending.

No prior writing experience is needed to enter the scratch night. Submissions must be a monologue from the chosen Disney princess and should last no longer than ten minutes. Submissions are due on Monday 21st January.

WoLab are also looking for nonbinary and female performers to take part in this production, which will take place on the 3rd March at The Bunker Theatre in London.

Described as a “working laboratory for artists to create”, WoLab is a theatre company which gives “emerging performers the opportunity to try their ideas out”. The company garnered acclaim in 2017 for its performance of Alastair Wilkinson’s Man-Cub at the Etcetera Theatre.

To submit a monologue or to get involved with performance, email olivia@wolab.co.uk by midday on 21st January.
