This recipe is easy and is the best way to cook a tasty and delicious mousse.
You don’t need a lot of ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 200g of dark chocolate
Yes, that’s all… but you can add some coffee (= a tea spoon) to the chocolate once it is melted.
What to do:
- Put the chocolate (after chopping it) in a bowl that
will fit over a pan of bowling water.
- Mix directly the egg yolk with the chocolate.
- Whisk the egg whites to fairly soft peaks, here you can
add some sugar but this is not necessary. Then mix it with the chocolate.
- Finally keep the preparation in the fridge for 2 or 3
This chocolate mousse is by far the easiest recipe I have done until now. I hope you will enjoy it, and you would say like my housemate last year: “Woah! This is heaven!” Bon appétit!
