Netflix have announced that the fourth season of their original animated series, BoJack Horseman, will launch in September. Created by Raphael-Bob Waksberg, the series is set in a world where anthropomorphic animals live side by side with humans. The eponymous character, BoJack (voiced by Will Arnett), is a washed up celebrity horse who struggles through various existential crises as he attempts to become relevant again. The series, which started in 2014, features an impressive voice cast including Alison Brie, Amy Sedaris, Aaron Paul, Kristen Schaal and Paul F. Tompkins. The animated sitcom has also received guest bits by the likes of Lisa Kudrow, Olivia Wilde, Daniel Radcliffe, Stanley Tucci, Patton Oswalt, J.K. Simmons, Ken Jeong, Ricky Gervais, Amy Schumer, Paul McCartney and Keegan Michael-Key. The fourth season will pick up on a sombre note, following season three's tragic cliffhanger, in which BoJack's former on-screen daughter, Sarah Lynn, died from an overdose. A trailer for Season 4 has yet to be revealed, but the launch date - Friday 8th September - has been confirmed. BoJack Horseman: Seasons 1-3 are available to stream on Netflix now.
