9 snacks to make for your gluten-free pals this week

It’s hard out here for the gluten intolerant – but never fear, because The National Student and Co-op Food are here to soothe every single one of your temperamental stomach needs.

From carrot crisps to curried haddock to guacamole and chickpeas, needing to eat gluten free shouldn’t - and doesn’t - mean you need to eat a limited diet. We’re living proof.
