Festivals are automatically associated with food, music and alcoholic drinks. Colourful clothes, crowds, loudspeakers - with sun or rain, festivals always look better with a pint or two, maybe a glass of wine or some umbrella drinks.

But what if you're not drinking? What if you're in a healthy mood, pregnant, on antibiotics or you simply appreciate being sober?

There is a solution for this - and it comes in the form of the Mindful Drinking Festival, London’s first ever alcohol-free drinks tasting festival, taking place on the 13th of August in Bermondsey Square.

The mission of the festival is simple: create a world where nobody has to feel out of place if they’re not drinking.

The biggest question left, then, is what can you drink instead of alcohol? Will the festival just be a bunch of people sitting around drinking tea and sparkling water?

Nothing could be further from the truth; the Mindful Drinking Festival will offer a wide range of innovative drinks, such as alcohol-free wine, beers, kombucha and herbal infusion mocktails, and much more!

Moreover, you will find 30 stalls with innovative food, talks and tastings from producers and experts, leading mixologists, and free samples of some of the most exciting alcohol-free drinks available.

Sounds exciting? Not only is the festival alcohol-free, but attendance is also free of charge! However, you need to RSVP in advance, so what are you waiting for?

How does it sound? Ready to swap booze for mocktails?
