20 years of Sex and the City: Carrie Bradshaw's best looks

In honour of every girl's favourite show Sex and the City turning 20 last week, the fashion girls have decided to talk our lovely readers about our favourite outfits of the Sex and the City girls! Can you believe it's been 20 whole years since we were first introduced to Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha? Since it's launch in 1998, Sex and the City became more than just a tv-show, it became a true phenomenon. It spawned a spin-off show, as well as two incredibly successful spin-off films. However, the one thing that it will be forever be remembered for is the characters incredible style. Together, costume designer Patricia Field and actress Sarah Jessica Parker created a global icon through Carrie Bradshaw. Although we love all of the girls, the show will always be Carrie's - whether you love her or loathe her. To commemorate 20 years of arguably the best and most fashionable show to ever hit our TV screens, we have chosen 4 of Carrie's most memorable looks and have given our advice on how to recreate them in 2018.
ra- ra skirt and strappy stilettoes might not be that on trend in 2018, but in 1998 it was a serious look.

Carrie was often resourceful with her looks, and this one was created using Mr Big's white shirt and his Hermes belt. Carrie had a gift of wearing just about anything and making it fashion! If you're not quite brave enough to leave the house in nothing more than your boyfriend's shirt, then you can always add a pair of jeans to the look. No one does a slip dress quite like Carrie, and this silver Calvin Klein is the epitome of the 90's cool girl. Slinky slip dresses never go out of style, so this look of Carrie's is pretty easy to recreate. A little black dress is the ultimate wardrobe staple. Carrie might have been known for her fashion risks but even she couldn't say no to this classic style. We had to include a casual Carrie look, and no one does tracksuit jackets and tiny sunglasses like Carrie who manages to look incredible no matter what she's doing. This look has really lasted the years, and wouldn't look out of place on one of today's top models (we're pretty sure Bella Hadid has rocked this exact look.)
