It's been an explosive week for trailers, with Steve McQueen's Widows trailer launch marking the start of trailer season. Here are a few more to tide you over until these autumn/winter releases.

Sony's Spider-Man rights are a tricky thing to work out, but since they handed over live-action Peter Parker to Disney, comic book fans will be estatic to see this first full length trailer of their animated Miles Morales movie - Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. It's a mouthful to say, but it looks like it's going ot be an absolute blast to watch. The animation style is like nothing we've ever seen before - stunning art, and comic-book homages galore. Miles himself is voiced by The Get Down's Shameik Moore, and the dialogue between him and his father, voiced by Atlanta's Brian Tyree Henry, is absolutely hilarious. Get ready for a full nerd-gasm - we really are going to see multiple Spidermen in a movie at once! We get a good look at Jake Johnson's Peter Parker, as well as Hailee Seinfeld (Bumblebee)'s Gwen Stacy!

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse swings into cinemas on December 14th.

Based on the true story of America's youngest hustler, kingpin, informant, legend, as the trailer so helpfully informs us, White Boy Rick stars unknown Richie Merritt as Ricky Wersche Jr., a 15 year old who worked his way up the drug world in Detroit back in the 80s. Starring Matthew McConaughey as the world's worst dad, a whole bunch of cocaine, and Brian Tyree Henry yet again, be prepared for a wild ride.

White Boy Rick explodes into cinemas on December 7th.

The Sisters Brothers is a long-awaited cowboy flick from legendary French director Jacques Audiard. It stars Joaquin Phoenix and John C. Reilly as the Sisters brothers, two assassins chasing gold prospector Riz Ahmed. His Nigthcrawler co-star Jake Gyllenhaal rounds off the quartet of fantastic leading men in what's sure to be the action-adventure of the year.

The Sisters Brothers is coming soon.

Now for the weirdest leading couple ever: Bradley Cooper makes his directorial debut with A Star is Born - which looks as cheesy as its title. Cooper also stars as Jackson Maine, a weathered singer who finds a new lease of life in the form of Ally, an up-and-coming singer played by Lady Gaga. The trailer gives away pretty much the whole emotional arc of the film, so it's probably not worth paying money to see Bradley Cooper give literal Lady Gaga advice on singing.

A Star is Born hits cinemas on October 5th.
